Automatic machining centre designed to combine technological evolution with operational practicality. It carries out, on leather or similar strips, six distinct operations in sequence: loading, end shaping, punching, cutting and logo stamping, sizing and unloading, thus leaving the operator with the sole task of handling the material housed on mobile trolleys* to allow efficient management and control of the centre; all carried out in compliance with current EC regulations. The system consists of: SM 2000 – Automatic loader designed to make the strip loading phase automatic. FCA 93/3 – Allows the following operations to be carried out in automatic sequence on leather or synthetic strips: sizing, shaping and perforating the ends. With the FCA 93/3 PR version it is also possible to perform paper or firebrand stamping of logos and sizes. SCA 98 – Automatic unloader designed to make strip unloading automatic.
