On the strength of the experience gained in the 1960s/70s by touring the many factories of the world as an operator of a well-known engineering company in Vigevano, Gianfranco Biffignandi sensed that there was a large space to be filled with a technology that was innovative for those times. Thus in 1974 BIBO was born, the first in Italy and the very first in the world to produce and design machines exclusively for the leather goods sector, moving from the first manual machines for dyeing, shearing, gluing and die-cutting to the current fully automatic ones. Always at the forefront of technology, BIBO has specialized above all in automatic machines and systems for the leather and belt industries with latest-generation proposals designed to offer the highest quality finished product, enhance production and simplify operator intervention, also proposing customized solutions. These are projects developed by working closely with the most prestigious fashion brands, especially luxury brands. BIBO has gained enormous experience from this partnership, which has become a guarantee of high quality standards for all manufacturers in the industry, in full compliance with current safety regulations.

Massimo is the manager of BIBO’s electrical and electronics department. Thanks to his commitment and constant study in the field of electronics, BIBO has been able to offer its customers, products that are more and more technologically advanced and in step with the times.

Renato is the head of BIBO’s technical and design department. Thanks to his strong skills and the support of the most sophisticated computer and electronic tools, he is able to solve and manage the many and varied requests of customers to the best of his ability.

Production manager
Carlo is the production coordinator of BIBO brand products. Quality control, efficiency and adherence to quality standards are his mainstays. With the same scrupulousness, he maintains business relations with the vast Italian and foreign clientele.

Purchasing and personnel department manager
Valeria is an advisor to the company and the main manager and coordinator of the purchasing department and is also the point person for the personnel department.

Administration and sales office
Nadia is an advisor to the company and supervisor of the accounting department and also the main point of contact for the sales department, taking care of the management of the dense network of dealers and service centers in Italy and around the world.
