Automatic die-cutting machine FCA 93/3

Automatic, programmable die-cutting machine for cutting, shaping and punching ends on pre-cut strips of leather, leather or synthetic material up to 80 mm wide. The independent adjustment of the three heads allows an optimisation of tool wear by compensating for different tool heights. The tools work on a hardened steel base, with mechanical stop, and are assisted in their function by an efficient suction and ejection system for scraps. The machine is equipped with a proximity sensor located on the transport rollers, which requires manual adjustment each time the material thickness varies. It can be combined with our automatic loader and unloader, thus creating a fully automated work island with a considerable reduction in processing time. The machine is electrically, pneumatically and hydraulically operated and is built in accordance with current regulations.
