TSP-05 AUTOMATIC MACHINE TO CUT AND STAMP

Automatic and easy to program machine, with two working stations, for cutting and hot stamping the loops, the zip-pullers and small labels of pre-cut or rewind materials, either in the centre of the cut material or in a position programmed from the operator. In the front working position is situated the cutting die while in the posterior one is set the stamp-holder group.

Characteristics - It is controlled by a simple and easy to program PLC, with one only program, modifiable time by time from the user, which allows to obtain completely automatic workings and leaving the operator only the task of loading the material to perform.
The machine can utilize straight blades (i.e. for the cutting of simple loops) or dies with shaped blades (i.e. for the cutting of zip-pullers or labels) easy to change and working on an unalterable steel surface. It is moreover possible to regulate, in independent way, the depth of stamping to the varying of the material thickness. In this way is always possible to use the same tool to stamp materials of various thickness, without having care any more to adapt every time, as it happens now, the height of stamp regarding the cutting blade each time that changes the material.
The operation is electric, pneumatic and oleodynamic and it is built, with the most modern criteria, according to the current safety regulations.
