TD90 - TWO ENDS CUTTING AND PUNCHING MACHINE

This machine has been built to cut and punch both ends of synthetic and leather straps, at the same time, while processing belts and shoulder belts.

Characteristics - The machine is hydraulic with electronic working. It has two indipendent heads, each one with a working area of 310 x 90mm. and is possible to adjust the distance between them from 61 to 116cm. The cutting power of each head is 2000 kg.
The machine can be equipped with a printing unit, placed between the two heads. As to get in one phase the shaping of both ends and printing, in the centre of the strap, of numbers and various marks.
The machine is outfitted with syncro-timed controls, according to the safety rules, and with photoelettric cell.
