MILLENIUMmatic ONE

Automatic workstation designed to unite technological evolution with practical operational ease. Carries out six different operations in sequence on stripes of leather or similar materials: loading, tip shaping, hole punching, logo and size printing, length setting and unloading. The operator's work is limited to handling the material on the moveable trolleys for more efficient workstation running and control.
All equipment is built according to current EC standards.

The system is composed of:

SystemMatic 2000 - Automatic loader designed to load the strips automatically.
FCA93 PR - Designed to carry out the following operations automatically: cuts the strips to correct length; punches the shape of the buckle end strips and tip, complete with holes; hot stamps or embosses the logo and size, with or without foil.
SCA 98 - Automatic unloader designed to unload the strips automatically.
