Automatic cutting-punching and stamping machine FCA93PR

This machine is designed to carry out the following operations automatically on leather or synthetic strips, in this order: cuts the strips to correct length; punches the shapes of the buckle end and tip complete with holes, hot stamps, or embosses the logo and size, with or without foil.

Characteristics - The machine is oleodynamic, electronically controlled through an easily programmable microprocessor with data display and preselector keyboard for entering belt length, embossing position, required quantity, pressing time, machine arrest and storage up to 500 different working programs.
All cutting and punching dies are working on a hardened steel base and are supported in their function by an efficient system of waste suction for eliminating scraps.
The work surface, equipped with self-centering guides allows to cut material in a maximum width of 80 mm.
All machine components are in compliance with current safety regulations and EC standards.
