New FCA86/2 Automatic Machine With Multiple Tools

Automatic two work position machine to make ornamental punching with multiple tools. It allows furthermore to make simultaneously both the punching and printing, also hot printing, on strips of pre-cut or rewind materials.
It is possible to work with only one of the two work positions or with both at the same time, either with the material in motion or with stationary material between one hit and the other, allowing thus to obtain workings until today not possible.
The machine is available both in version only punching (with double punching tool for front and rear position) and with rear punching position and front printing group.

Characteristics - It is controlled by a simple and easy to program PLC, which consents to set in memory and to recall several programs created from the user, that allow to obtain completely automatic workings.
The machine can be programmed also in order that it can stop after a wished number of pieces, or that it repeats the cycle automatically only leaving the loading and unloading of the material to the operator.
The machine employs easy to change punching dies that cut on a hardened steel base and are supported, in their function, by an efficient suction and ejection system for eliminating scraps.
The working plate, with self centring guides, allows to cut straps of variable width from 7 to 100mm. with a transport speed of about 375mm. per second.
It is possible, moreover, to regulate in independent way the depth of printing to the variation of the thickness of the material to work. In this way it is possible to always employ the same die for printing material of various thickness, without being worried any more to adapt, as happens now, of the height of the die regarding the cutting blade every time that the material changes.
The operation is electric, pneumatic and oleodynamic and it is built, with the most modern criteria, according to the current safety regulations.
